Ainsley Barahona Santos

Ainsley is an HR leader with 15 years experience in diverse and transforming organisations, with deep expertise in organisational development and talent strategy.
As GM HR Partnering at icare, she leads a team of HR professionals to shape icare’s people experience, culture, performance and leadership through the provision of trusted coaching and HR advice.
Ainsley also supports the culture and talent strategy of icare by working with the CEO and Leadership Team to define, develop and role model the behaviours that will enable icare’s strategic plan.
Prior to this Ainsley founded icare’s Organisational Development team, supporting the workforce to transform over a 3 year period from disparate insurance and care schemes to one culture and team.
Before icare, Ainsley held various HR leadership and APAC roles with Woolworths, Coca-Cola Amatil and Arrium. Her qualifications include a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology.
