David is a Senior Executive with over 30 years’ experience in two ASX top 50 companies as well as Government and Non for Profit Organisations. He understands the connection between business strategy and driving culture change in large complex geographically spread organisations. Coupled with eight years in executive search, he has deep expertise in senior executive remuneration, attraction and retention.
David is currently the Group General Manager People & Culture at St Vincent’s Health Australia, an organisation with a $2.5Bn turnover and over 24,000 people, delivering hospital and aged care services. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the human resources functions across the Group.
David is also actively involved in the not for profit world as a Chair and Board member in Childcare, ending hunger in the third world and homelessness. For many years he was an adjunct lecturer at the University of NSW in their Executive MBA Program.
