Registration Details

We welcome your participation at The Leadership Circle Conference Tuesday 3 & Wednesday 4 September 2019 - The Leadership Circle Asia Pacific’s 9th Annual Conference!

This two day program is packed with exciting international and local speakers, breakout sessions, workshops and networking opportunities.

Conference Fees

  • $595 AUD per person (exclusive of GST)

  • $495 AUD per person (exclusive of GST) for The Leadership Circle Practitioners and Association Members (ICF, IECL, USCMA, SBS, HRD Forum, Association of Coaching, Business Schools & Universities)

    Leadership Circle Practitioners will automatically receive the discount rate at at the time of registration however, Association members should us via email (register@theleadershipcircle.com.au) for the discount code.

During the registration process, you will have the option to choose your preferred workshop selection for the 4th of September.  You can change this selection on the day if need be.

Fee includes attendance at the two day conference, breakout sessions, workshops, morning and afternoon tea and lunch.

Payment Method

Registration is via Cvent, using Credit or Debit Card. The full fee is payable on registration.

Information Required At Registration

When you click to “Register” you will be transferred to our online registration system. The following information will be requested:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Your phone number

  • Your credit card details

  • Which workshop you would like to register for

  • Any dietary requirements

Once registered you will receive a confirmation of registration by email.

Cancellations

If you are no longer able to attend the event, please cancel your registration using the link and confirmation number provided in your registration confirmation email.

Transfer of your registration is permitted up until the day before the event (Monday 2nd Sept). You can action this via your registration in the Cvent online registration system.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations received via our Cvent online registration system, or in writing via email, before midnight Friday 23rd August 2019 AEST (10 days prior to the conference) will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations after midnight Friday 23rd August 2019 AEST are non-refundable.

Question: Where is the Venue?

Answer: SMA (Sydney Masonic Centre) 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney NSW 2000

Question: How can I get to the venue?

Answer:

By Car: SMC and Secure Parking have teamed up to offer you 15% off ALL parking products at the Secure World Square Carpark when booking online. At the Secure Parking World Square booking page, click “BOOK NOW” next to any of the products and apply the promotional code: SMCFC16.

Train: The closest station is Museum Station (300 metres or a 3 minute walk) and then Central Station (700 metres or 7 minutes). To walk from Museum Station, simply follow the Castlereagh Street exit signs inside the station, then turn left heading south down Castlereagh Street. Walk along the west side of Castlereagh Street and before the corner of Goulburn Street take a set of stairs to the right leading up to the main entrance and foyer of the SMC Conference Centre.

 

Question: What is the Dress Code?

Answer: Business Attire

Question: What time do I need to arrive?

Answer: 8am arrival for an 8.30am start

Question: Will any refreshments be provided during the Conference?

Answer: Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided both days

Question: Do I need to bring any materials with me?

Answer: No. We will provide a small notepad and pen.

Question: Can I modify my registration information?

Answer: Yes, you will be able to modify your registration using the link in your confirmation of registration email. If you have misplaced your email or need assistance please email register@theleadershipcircle.com.au.  

Question: Can I register multiple people at the same time?

Answer: You can register a group. If you register on someone else’s behalf, you will need to have their name, email address, mobile number, special dietary requirements and workshop selection ready and you will be required to pay for that registration during the registration process. Please select the Group Registration Option, you will be required to choose a Company name and will have access over the information via a login and password for future changes or additions.
